Our goal is 100% satisfaction. We go above and beyond to ensure that you are pleased with our products and services.
Please note shipping to US or Canada may take up to 1 month for delivery. All other countries may take up to 2 months for delivery.
How-To Arrange A Refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a refund.
It is important that you contact us to verify the return address – prior to sending out any return packages. If packages were sent to the wrong address, Water Liberty reserves the right to issue refunds.
- You can contact us by submitting a ticket (click here), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us serve you better, please provide us your Order Number which is sent to you on the Confirmation Email upon purchase date. Please ensure to check in your spam or junk folder in case you did not receive your Order Number.
- We prioritize all return and cancellation requests and we strive to contact you within 2 business days.
- Due to security reasons, we can only begin to process any refunds submitted by the credit card or account holder.
All shipped and used products are considered as returns. All orders are shipped out 2 business days after the purchase date. Please be advised that shipping, handling and custom fees as well as return postage will NOT be reimbursed.
The return period for Water Liberty’s products is up to 60 days.
Vitalizer Plus: Units are valid for a full refund WITHIN 30 DAYS of arrival date. In the event that the complete unit is returned to us after 30 days, a 10% restocking fee of unit price will be deducted from the refund. To make a claim that the unit is shipped to us within 30 days of receipt, please provide a tracking number of the return package and therefore is eligible for a full refund.
All products MUST be returned to the correct return mailing address provided by our Return Department for a valid refund.
Cancellation of orders that have NOT been shipped out will be granted a full refund. If orders have been shipped out, our return policy, stated above, will apply immediately.
Water Liberty will gladly exchange any damaged products due to transportation and manufacturer’s defect.
Water Liberty must be notified (by phone or email) of any damage (or other problems) and be provided with any and all additional information within 1 week from the delivery date of the package.
To expedite the reshipment, please provide a picture or video of the defective product. This helps us identify the issue and ship you the appropriate replacement parts. Any extra shipping and replacement costs will not be incurred.
Water Liberty reserves the right to deny reshipments of any order if notified after 1 week from delivery date.

Water Liberty must be notified (by phone or email) of any lost shipments and be provided with any and all additional information within 2 months from the order date.
For international orders, if the package is not delivered within 4-6 weeks from the shipment date, then we can proceed with a reshipment. However, Water Liberty must be notified (by phone or email) of any lost shipments and be provided with any and all additional information within 2 months from the shipment date.
Water Liberty reserves the right to deny reshipments of any order if notified after 2 months from shipment date.
If you find a lower price online we will be happy to price match it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchasing.
The product you’re comparing must meet each of the following criteria to qualify for a price beat.
1. Must have the exact same product with the same brand name and packaging.
2. Must be priced in US Dollars and include all shipping costs, and other charges.
3. The product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer available only in limited quantity or special offered with conditions (i.e 10% off for first time purchase)
4. The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price.
Note: We do not accept any additional coupon discounts on top of the price match.

Marketplace sellers on websites such Amazon or resellers such as eBay.
All refunds will be issued and credited back to the original method of payment only. Water Liberty reserves the right to refuse issuing any check or credit using different method of payment due to security reasons.
Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to your email address on file. If you have not received your refund credit within 15 business days upon the refund confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
The manufacturer determined all warranty policy and procedures. Please refer to the user guide or package for the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Our Client Service Representatives will gladly provide the procedures when necessary.
