How-To-Use
- Insert 2 x AAA Batteries.
- Attach & secure the pocket massager unit to the gel patch.
- Remove the transparent film from the gel patch. NOTE: Do not throw the film away, as you will need to cover the gel patch with it again once you are done massaging.
- Stick the massager onto the area you would like to massage.
- Press the "ON/INC" button to turn it on.
- Once the light turns on, press the "ON/INC" button again until the light flashes.
- Press the "PROGRAM" button to select the desired mode.
- Adjust the massage intensity by pressing the "ON/INC" button to increasing the intensity, or "OFF/DEL" button to decrease the intensity.
