It is important that you contact us to verify the return address – prior to sending out any return packages. If packages were sent to the wrong address, Water Liberty reserves the right to issue refunds.

To help us serve you better, please provide your 9-digit Order ID starting with the number 2 (eg. 2XXXXXXXX). The Order ID is provided immediately upon your purchase via the e-mail address you’ve used to order. Please kindly check your junk folder if you did not receive your Order ID - stated in the subject line of your order receipts.
- We prioritize all return and cancellation requests and we strive to contact you within 2 business days.
- 3. Due to security reasons, we can only begin to process any refunds submitted by the credit card or account holder.
All shipped and used products are considered as returns. All orders are shipped out 2 business days after the purchase date. Please be advised that shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping fees will NOT be reimbursed. The return period varies depending on the product.
- Adya Clarity: within 1 year of arrival date, with special exemption.
- Adya Water Filtration System and/or any parts: within 1 year of arrival date.
- Vitalizer Plus: Units are valid for a full refund WITHIN 30 DAYS of arrival date. In the event that the complete unit is returned to us after 30 days, a 10% restocking fee of unit price will be deducted from the refund. To make a claim that the unit is shipped to us within 30 days of receipt, please provide a tracking number of the return package and therefore is eligible for a full refund.

Our Client Service Representative will provide you with Return mailing address, Return Merchandise Authorization Number, and Return Merchandise Authorization Form upon receiving your request for a refund.
All products MUST be returned to the correct return mailing address provided by our Client Service Representative for a valid refund.
Cancellation orders that have not been shipped out will be granted a full refund. If orders have been shipped, our return policy, stated above, will apply.
Water Liberty will gladly exchange any damaged products due to transportation and manufacturer’s defect.
To expedite the reshipment, please provide a picture or video of the defect. This helps us identify the issue and ship you the appropriate parts. Reshipping fees will not be incurred.

All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for us to process your refunds. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to be listed in your account.
Once the refund is processed, refund confirmation emails will be provided. If you did not receive your refund credit within 15 business days upon the refund confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
The manufacturer determined all warranty policy and procedures. Please refer to the user guide or package for the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Our customer service representative will gladly provide the procedures when necessary.
